Lisa Gundersen is a real estate appraiser with nearly 20 years of appraisal experience.

Lisa began her appraisal career in 1986 after receiving her bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Arizona. She also received her SRA designation (the residential equivalent of the well-known MAI commercial designation) from the Appraisal Institute in 1991. She is qualified as an expert witness in Bankruptcy Court and Maricopa County Superior Court and has been invited to address numerous professional organizations and to speak on local radio.

Lisa formed her own firm in 1993, which provides residential appraisal services throughout Maricopa County and specializes in luxury and complex appraisal assignments. In 1996, Lisa's company and Ringel Business Valuation Services formed an alliance to provide more comprehensive appraisal services to their clients.
